Shipping Carriers and Methods

We use Royal Mail for standard deliveries within the UK. For orders over 2kg, we may use other reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items.

Tracking and Delivery

All our deliveries within the UK are tracked as standard. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Delivery Costs

We charge a standard fixed delivery fee of £3.99 for all orders within the UK. For orders over £100, we offer free delivery within the UK.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. Standard delivery is 2-3 business days it should not usually take longer  than 5 business days within the UK. For orders over 2kg, the delivery timeframe may vary depending on the carrier used.

Responsibility and Liability

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package safely and on time. We will provide you with the necessary tracking information, and you can contact the carrier directly for any delivery inquiries. EZ Printwear is not liable for any delays or issues that occur once the package is in the carrier's possession. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

International Shipping

We offer international deliveries, but please note that these shipments are not tracked and are sent at the buyer’s risk. Delivery times and costs for international orders will vary based on the destination.
